Meet the founder

Dr Mute Akpomedaye. MD, MRCGP

My Story

I am Dr Mute' a General Practitioner/Family Physician in the United Kingdom. I had my primary medical qualification in Ukraine. I have successfully completed my specialty training in the United kingdom and I work as a fully qualified GP. In addition to working as a GP, I also manage Berrysmotivation. I created this platform with an aim to motivate and inspire young professionals with a focus on young medical professionals. The goal has been to keep young minds active and productive by sharing insightful articles based on experience and shared experiences. As a result, there has been a growing community of loyal readers who have been very positive about Berrysmotivation.

With an interest in Medical Mentorship, I also aim to provide online mentoring to anyone wishing to build a rewarding career in medicine. I love to see people live their dreams and I believe our generation holds a lot of potential. A number of medical students have been mentored successfully and have since progressed in their medical careers. Many of them are already working in their dream jobs in the United Kingdom and the United States, and some are on their way there. I started this platform because of the passion for what I do here. 

MOTIVATIONS

I have come to realise that not only medical doctors or health care professionals need to be inspired by this platform but everyone. This led to the birth of MOTIVATIONS.
